Making Natural Beer, Wine and Soda

Saturday March 12, from 10 am to 4 pm


Participants will discover how easy it is to make beer, wine, meade and healthy soda at home. Plenty of samples will be offered.

Home Cheese Making: Mozzarella, Feta and more!!

Sunday March 13, from 10 am to 4 pm


Participants will create and sample several simple cheeses that can be cultivated at home including: Paneer, basic farm cheese, Chevre, Mozzarella and Feta.

Wild Edibles Gourmet Dinner

Saturday May 14, from 6pm to 9pm

You will be served whole and wild foods in community. The meal will have a seasonal theme and all dishes will include something wild. Tours of the table and spontaneous herb walks will be included. The chefs, foragers and host will be available to answer questions.
