Program Structure
Our program is divided into four levels of study:
- Herbalist Apprentice (1 semester)
- Herbalist (1 semester)
- Master Herbalist (2 semesters)
- Clinical Herbalist (2 semesters)
This program can be fully accomplished in three years. Each semester includes:
- 55 hours of expert class instruction over six months
- 150 hours of assignments, readings and projects
- Hands-on experiential learning
- Herb Walks and outdoor teaching (as weather permits)
- Reviews & Tests

- Practical Skills for the Herbalist
Certificate of completion as Apprentice Herbalist is awarded upon successful completion
Level II: Herbalist (1 semester)

Certification as Herbalist is conferred upon successful completion
